You will need to install the program using the Run as Administrator command:

Insert the disk in to the DVD/CD drive.
Click on the File Explorer icon in the Task Bar, which resembles a manila folder.
In the left-side pane, click on This PC.
Right-click on the DVD/CD drive the disk is inserted in.
Left-click on Open.
Right-click on Setup.exe.
Left-click on Run as Administrator.
When prompted by the User Account Control if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device, click the Yes button.

At the Registration screen, click the Cancel button twice.

After the installation has completed, right-click on the desktop icon, left-click on Run as Administrator.
